Fort Bragg Spiral Dance Jam
WHAT: It's not specifically a contact jam but many people who go are into contact.
WHEN: Wednesdays , 7:30pm-10pm, Followed by quiet contact jam 10 to 11. Nevada City class and jam WHAT: Mixed levels class in Deep Play: awareness-based, relational dancing (centered in Contact Improvisation with some explorations in Authentic Movement, Body-Mind Centering and more). We generally have about 1/2 hour of open jam time at the end. Some weeks we play with a lab format rather than class. Drop-ins welcome. No experience necessary. We meet pretty much every week, but you can call ahead to confirm if you like. Come join us!
