We consider dance and especially contact dance an amazing way to improve our awareness and self knowledge.
Combined with Yoga and Meditation, Contact Dance is taken to an even higher dimention.
For this reason during these 8 days you will be guided by 2 teachers:
Ann, the Contact Dance teacher and Basu, the Yoga
Teacher.

ABOUT THE CENTRE:
Ellas Retreat is a Yoga Meditation centre situated in Paleros, a beautiful and authentic greek town on the Ionian Sea.
Our purpose is to help our students to lift their self awareness.

OUR TEACHERS:
Our Contact Dance Teacher is Ann has been practicing contact improvisation for what feels like her whole life. Joy of movement and exploration, and the freshness of each dance is what brings her back to the dance floor again and again.
Basu is the Yoga Teacher, experienced teacher has been giving courses and retreats in yoga, tantra and meditation in India, Thailand, Greece, Denmark and Austria since 2000, he offers a clear teaching and practice from different spiritual traditions without them loosing their originality.
