Goa Contact Festival happens annually on january, in India/Goa.
It is focused on contact-improvisation, but having also emphasis on contemporary dance and performance. Festival has also artistic-educational scholarship program for Indian dancers.   www.goacontactfestival.com

Auroville Improv Jams


WHERE: Verite Hall, Auroville, India (Auroville is located in Villipuram district of Tamil Nadu, close to Pondicherry on the Coromandel Coast of southern India.)
WHAT: Exploring your own unique movement and improvisation, with guidance, using breath, images, simple patterns, sensitivity.
WHEN: Ongoing weekly sessions on Mondays - free improvisations - 5 - 6:30pm
Ongoing weekly session on Thursdays - guided improvisations - 4:30 - 6pm
