We currently offer a weekly drop-in contact improv class taught by Kayoko Nakajima, Fridays from 12 – 2 pm. We also periodically offer workshops. I host the monthly Ithaca Contact Improv Jam which currently is held on the third Sunday of the month at the Ahimsa Yoga Studio in the Dewitt Mall, 215 North Cayuga Street, Ithaca, from 1-3 PM. If so, Join me on Tuesdays, 6pm-7pm, 100 Grand Street, Manhattan, at Bill Young Studio to Introduction to Contact Improvisation and learn, in a safe and inclusive environment, the basic elements of CI ($5).
Following this intro class 3 hours of jam ($5)


Intensive CI workshop technique for beginners/beginner-intermediates, starting tomorrow, Wednesday, Jun 12th 6 pm
-9 pm and it will run every Wednesday until July 3rd, 2019.
Two structured hours and one hour of jam/lab where you can ask for feedback from your partners and me. Please, arrive 5min before 6 to give yourself time to change to sweatpants, a T-shirt and knee pads (no jewelry and no socks) Fee $15
