CI is the most profound of all of them - it unlocks my subconscious and I find it often very cathartic. I used CI in a film lately that will be distributed throughout NYC. It's called, "Older and Wiser: Many Faces of HIV." I did a workshop that improvised movement around various themes relating to aging and HIV and used some of the footage with interviews.
